Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Registration Conditions
To register an account, users must:
- Provide accurate and truthful personal information.

- Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Users may be asked to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other relevant documents. Failure to submit the required documents may result in account restrictions.
Account Management
3.1 Account Security
Ensuring the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Login credentials (username and password) should never be shared with third parties. ai88 will never ask for your password via email or message. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
3.2 Account Closure
Users may request to close their account at any time through the support team. Any outstanding balance may be withdrawn before the closure request is processed, however any bonus with a pending wagering requirement will be considered void.
ai88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without notice in the following cases: providing false information, fraudulent activity, breach of terms, or operating multiple accounts.
3.3 Inactive Accounts
ai88 may apply a separate policy to accounts that have not been used for an extended period. An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts. Users will be notified in advance by email.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
To deposit funds into ai88, a minimum of ৳300 is required per payment method. Currently accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account quickly.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 per method.
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
- Deposits must be sent only from a payment method registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
To withdraw funds from your account, a minimum withdrawable balance of ৳1,000 is required. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Identity verification may be required at the time of withdrawal.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the deposit (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).
- Processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
If there is a pending wagering requirement at the time of a withdrawal request, that portion of the balance will be temporarily held.
4.3 Financial Security
ai88 secures all financial transactions through SSL encryption. If any suspicious transaction or attempted fraud is detected, the associated account will be immediately placed under investigation and may be temporarily suspended if necessary.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
ai88 offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳26,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirement: 25x (on the bonus amount).
- The wagering requirement must be fulfilled within the specified time limit.
- Some games may contribute to the wagering requirement at different rates.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific conditions, and ai88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Claiming the same promotion more than once is prohibited. If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
5.4 VIP Program
The ai88 VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
ai88 determines the criteria for VIP tier progression and cashback calculations, and reserves the right to change them.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
ai88 operates as a platform that ensures fair play. All games are run using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which guarantees neutral and fair outcomes. Attempting to influence game results through external software or techniques of any kind is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Betting Rules
Bet amounts during gameplay must remain within the game's set limits. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. In the event of a technical error during a game, the bet for that round may be considered void and the wagered amount will be returned.
6.3 Sports Betting
Odds displayed when betting on cricket and other sports are subject to change. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed will apply. Separate rules may apply if a match is abandoned or postponed.
6.4 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a lost internet connection or device issue, the data recorded on ai88's servers will be considered final. Contact the support team to resolve any disputes arising from technical issues.

Prohibited Activities
8.1 Fraud & Manipulation
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

8.2 Disciplinary Action
If prohibited activity is proven, ai88 may take the following actions: immediate account suspension or termination, cancellation of all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings, holding deposited funds until an investigation is complete, and notifying relevant authorities if necessary.
Intellectual Property
9.1 Ownership
All content on the ai88 platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, images, and other elements — is owned by ai88 or its licensors and is protected by international intellectual property law.
9.2 Usage Restrictions
Copying, reproducing, distributing or using any content from the platform for commercial purposes without prior permission from ai88 is prohibited. Viewing content in a limited manner for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted.
Limitation of Liability
10.1 Service Availability
ai88 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted availability of the platform, however the service may temporarily become unavailable due to the following reasons: maintenance activities, technical failures, internet service issues or unforeseen circumstances. ai88 will not be held liable in such cases.
10.2 Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ai88 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. This includes bets lost due to technical errors, unauthorized access to an account resulting from user negligence, and errors by third-party service providers.
10.3 User Responsibility
Any financial decisions made while using the platform are entirely the user's own responsibility. ai88 bears no obligation to provide compensation for financial losses arising from a user's gaming. Always game for enjoyment, not in expectation of financial gain.
Changes to Terms
11.1 Right to Make Changes
ai88 reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. 11.2 Severability
